Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our organization. This includes supervising staff, managing office operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient experience and outcomes
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency
- Provide support in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) to manage patient information effectively
- Coordinate with medical management teams to ensure appropriate utilization of healthcare services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in managed care

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental office operations
- Proven experience in budgeting and resource management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
- Knowledge of managed care principles and practices
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
